Alistair Darling has revealed the 2010 Budget but what impact will this have on you?

The build up to the 2010 Budget announcement has been headline news for the last few weeks.

But now that Alistair Darling has made the big announcement, what does it actually mean for you and your organisation?

With a General Election now just round the corner this year’s Budget, which was announced yesterday (24.03.10), has more importance than ever.

The Chancellor began his speech reminding the House of Commons of the harsh economic climate that has challenged this year’s budget allocation. “Mr Deputy Speaker, this Budget takes place as the UK economy is emerging from the deepest global recession for over 60 years.” The Chancellor then proceeded to annouce a number of new measures that will impact on our day-to-day lives.

If, like many of us, you have not yet had the chance or time to read the full Budget report, then we have a number of articles from some of our most well respected clients to help you understand simply, what the Budget really means for you.
